It has been 35 years since the bank was established. The bank has an extensive network of 137 branches across six states.

The bank was granted multi-state status by the Central Registrar in the year 2004.
The bank was given a schedule by the Reserve Bank of India in the year 2000. It is the youngest bank to achieve ‘Scheduled Bank’ status.
The Bank was granted Authorized Dealer Category License by the Reserve Bank of India for foreign exchange trading in the year 2011.
The Bank has been awarded the ‘Best Bank Award for the Year 2018’ in the category of deposits of Rs 2000 crores and above for the 2nd consecutive time by the Brihan Mumbai Nagari Sahakari Banks Association Ltd.

The All India Bank Depositors Association, the renowned association of bank depositors, felicitated the bank in 1999 appreciating its “work ethic oriented to serve the depositors”.
Nine times the bank has been awarded the ‘Padma Bhushan Vasantdada Patil Award’ as the ‘Best Urban Co-operative Bank’ by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Banks Association Ltd.
The bank received the ‘Special Jury Award’ from NPCI for the lowest dispute ratio in the cooperative banking sector and the lowest undetermined down time in 2012.
Since 2004, the bank has established the renowned public activist and consumer activist late M.R. An award has been established in Pai’s memory.
